Standard Sizes of FRP Tubing in Stock and Ready to Ship!

Pultruded Fiberglass Tubing is a corrosion resistant structural shape that outlasts traditional building materials like steel and even stainless steel tube. Most corrosive environments will benefit from using either square or round FRP tubing in a wide variety of situations.

FRP Tubing is durable, sturdy, lightweight and is easy to install. The corrosion resistant nature of pultruded fiberglass tubing is a strong advantage in situations where moisture or chemicals are present. We use 2” x 2” Square FRP tube in our Fiberglass Railing Systems.

Square and Round Tube comes in wall thicknesses ranging from 1/8″ to 3/8″ and various resin systems and colors. Fiberglass Tubing has a surface veil to protect against glass fibers penetrating the resin surface in service and to increase corrosion and UV resistance.

Common Applications for FRP Tubing

National Grating Tubing is a perfect fit for corrosive environments like wastewater treatment plants, industrial and chemical plants, and areas with salt air and pollution corrosion.

Key Benefits of FRP Tubing

  • Lightweight
  • Easy to install and fabricate in the field
  • Corrosion Resistant
  • Low electrical conductivity
  • Low thermal conductivity
  • Structural strength

This makes FRP Tubing the most cost-effective solution long-term, saving on labor and maintenance costs, as well as plant downtime when repairs are necessary.

Choose the Fiberglass Resin For the Characteristics You Need

We offer 3 levels of corrosion resistance designed for different environments and applications:

This fiberglass tubing product meets required frp specs Fiberglass Tubing and Radio Frequency Transparency

In today’s connected world, we depend on cellular telephone signals, Wi-Fi networks and over the air radio and television signals. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity are essential to on-site work environments. Steel structures significantly disrupt these signals. Fiberglass structures and components such as fiberglass tubing and fiberglass tubes are an essential part of FRP building structures that are “electronically transparent” and do not interfere with radio frequency transmissions.
